Setting Archive.org openlibrary_edition should also update Open Library

Problem

This Internet Archive book (https://archive.org/details/wherebuffaloroam0000unse_t1v4) links to this Openlibrary book record (https://openlibrary.org/books/OL44801274M/Where_the_Buffalo_Roam).

However, there's no Internet Archive identifier on its list of identifiers.

This could be related to #11230 which lets archive.org disassociate an Open Library edition.
