Text versions of DNS should be recorded as WARC-Type resource instead of response

Heritrix currently records DNS records as text/dns response records. This seems incorrect according to the WARC spec as response records should include the network protocol information and the DNS wire protocol uses binary messages (application/dns-message).

Section 6.4.4 of the WARC 1.1 spec suggests using resource records for text/dns.
