Redirect field in seeds-report.txt is only populated for status 301 and 302

If a seed URL returned a redirect with status code of any of 303 See other, 307 Temporary Redirect or 308 Permanent Redirect then the redirect field is not populated in seeds-report.txt. This appears to be because SeedRecord.fillWith() specifically checks for the status codes 301 and 302.
