epub creation fails for item with all-lowercase xml

... scandata.zip/scandata.xml is all in lowercase. the conversion code searches for mixed-case xml tags. What to do?

The scan is from 2006. It'd be helpful to know how many other volumes are like this to see if it's worth fixing.

That particular volume is messed up in all kinds of ways: no online readable version, no link to OpenLibrary, not text version, etc.
