Remove call to dweb.me/info

There is an unnecessary call to dweb.me/info - which doesn't provide any useful info and I don't think is used. track down and remove....

Some checks on this show that its used so dweb-mirror knows if it is online or offline, which is then used to tell which transports are available, its a little non-trivial to remove
