Refactor: Plugin for writing mirrored files to IPFS, WT, CENO2

Turn the place in MirrorFS where it writes to IPFS, WT etc into some kind of plugin architecture. Maybe via a "seed" function in Transports, but that is tough as in WT we need the Torrent.
