Tile - topleft hover - doesnt get name

Hovering in top left, now gets the icon of the parent collection, but not the name Note - compiled CSS recently, might have broken something

  • [ ] check what CSS operates in archive.org case
  • [ ] check if knows collection name
  • [ ] check CSS in non archive case.

Note this bug was seen on OLIP, but doesn't appear platform specific
