YouTube: Opening earlier capture redirects to parameterized URL

Issue: When viewing an archived YouTube URL, opening an earlier capture will sometimes redirect to a separate parametrized version of the URL. This version may display a different number of captures than the original page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open capture for SteamWorld Dig trailer for 2014-01-03.
2. Note the number of captures. (6 at time of writing)
3. Click the back arrow to open the earlier archive from 2013-09-15.

Expected result:

The archive URL is not changed. 6 captures are listed. (See https://web.archive.org/web/20180930071136/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_TozS-qSYI)

Actual result:

The archive URL changes to a parameterized version ending in &gl=US&hl=en. Only 1 capture is listed. (See https://web.archive.org/web/20130915122818/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_TozS-qSYI&gl=US&hl=en)
