Configuring `behavior_dir`

I notice in browse_page there is a behavior_dir parameter which changes the directory that the behavior file is searched. However, I can't seem to find anywhere where this is exposed. Being able to control this from the job YAML like you already can with behavior_parameters would be really nice.
