1up mode on small screens not setting correct zoom

Description

I've only tested this on iOS, but opening any book in 1up mode zooms to full resolution rather than scaling to the screen size.

Expectation

Should scale the page to the screen width.

Context

Safari browser on current iOS version.

I just picked the first thing on the home page, which at that moment happened to be:
