Low disk space limiter seems to not be working

When starting a Zeno with low disk space, it crawls anyway then crash because no disk space available left.

Might be because crawling starts before the disk watcher ticks and pause. Will ensure a disk space check is done BEFORE anything else happen. Done on #202, further testing needs to happen before closing.
