Sending lists to other mines

Is it possible to send lists to other Mines? (Alliance Mine and YeastMIne would be most useful)

No. This is a difficult problem due to differing data models.

KIm mentioned that you could send gene lists from RAtMine to FlyMIne (I'm only interested in being able to send IDs). I guess I can export/import

I thought you meant technically transferring lists.

You can export IDs like you say, then run ID resolution on these by creating a list of these identifiers. Don't think there's a single-button solution for this now, but it would be easy to implement now that we have the portal.do endpoint.
