Look into adding missing List Analysis features from legacy webapp

I noticed there are some features on the legacy webapp List Analysis page that Bluegenes doesn't have. When we have time, we should go through these and decide if we want to add any of them.

Note that some of these features might require a real list, while Bluegenes tries to give the same experience regardless of it being a query result or a saved list.

Add things we want here:

• Jaccard list similarity index table to right side panel, above Enrichment
• Everything from the legacy webapp's sidebar (convert to a different type, orthologues, homologues, external links)
• Runnable templates for list
