Current master incompatible with ilp-kits that are out there

I tried running this as per the readme, but noticed that in order to interact with any connectors on the interledger, I need to run version 13 of ilp-connector. Nobody is compatible with version 14 yet.

We should maybe add a note about that to the readme of this repo, saying version 14 is currently only usable on private test networks?
