Puppeteer revert followups

Playwright unfortunately dropped support for (FF) extensions (so it's ironic in the end that we moved to puppeteer, given playwright would have worked for "chrome only" (though it seemed at least for Playwright 1.3.x we were pinned to that it wasn't working on MacOS Big Sur))

  • [x] Rename coil-playwright-utils -> coil-puppeteer-utils
