Unauthenticated users see “This site is not Web Monetized”

Users that are logged in but don’t have a paid membership see the message “This site is not Web Monetized” when on a monetized site

Edit: Was not able to reproduce this and checking the popup in various states is part of the release checklist so that is quite strange.

Ok, I just noticed on https://hackernoon.com/ that the page was taking a very long time to load, which may have included the JS assets, such that a dynamically inserted meta tag was taking a long time to be included (just a theory) In that case, the default "This website is not monetized" shpiel will show. Not the first time I'm pondering whether there should be a "loading" state ?
