Document the functional testing strategy for the WM extension's beta release. Related to https://github.com/interledger/web-monetization-extension/issues/215

  • Functional testing doc
  • Usability testing doc - please refer to ticket #239 for usability testing (target audience: user testing where the concern is UX and usability).
