[BUG] Extension's icon not updated on Arc browser

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Arc browser
2. Go to the Chrome Browser Store and install the Web Monetization extension
3. Connect the extension to a wallet that has funds (I tested with the Fynbos S.A. wallet)
4. Visit a monetized website that can receive payments from your wallet (I visited https://radu.sh/fynbos)
5. Send some funds one-time to the monetized site

Expected result

I expected the WM extension's icon to indicate that the site is web monetized and can receive payments from the extension (i.e. to have a small green tick).

Actual result

While on the web monetized, and after successfully making a one-time payment, the icon of the extension continued to appear the way it appears when a blank tab or window is open.
