[BUG] Redirect can be improved when coming from Interledger Pay

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Test Wallet and log in with an account, but have another account also. Don't be logged in with that account in the same browser.
2. Go to interledgerpay.com
3. Input as PP a payment pointer of the account you are not logged into
4. Make a payment to the account you are logged into
5. An error appears that the PP you are trying to SEND money from is a resource that is unavailable (Correct, you are not logged in to the user that has that PP)
6. The go back should take you back to interledgerpay.com home scrren, instead it takes you to the wallet you are logged into Home screen. Make sure that in other instances if the page needs to take you back to Test Wallet HOME page, it takes you back correctly. Not every time it needs to take the user back to interledgerpay.com HOME screen!!

Expected result

After error of unavailable resource, page should be redirected to interledgerpay.com

Actual result

Page takes you to the Wallet Home screen of the logged in wallet
