feat(wallet-frontend): allow receiver in query params

Context

  • fixes #1778

Changes

Allows adding receiver to the query params of the "Send" page, which auto-populates the receiver field in the form.

@Tymmmy I've restarted the testnet environment locally, but need to wait to get KYC accepted before I can upload a nice GIF for this
