Update Developer Keys page UX

The Developer Keys page looks like this right now:

Because the test wallet is meant for testing, most developers might end up having many accounts with many keys and the current layout makes things look messy. They also need a lot of clicks to get to what they need to do:

  1. Upload new keys
  2. Revoke old keys

We should think about how to improve the presentation of keys in a way that reduces friction for developers.
