Update Sidebar menu UX

• Rename "Home" to "Accounts"
• remove the accordeon for transfers, and make both options part of the sidebar, as "Pay" and "Request"
• create a new icon for "Request"

I've attached a quick mockup, but the Request icon needs a completely new design.
