configurable connector email address

When creating a connector account with auto funding, it should set up with an email address as well, it could be useful to reset the password in case if needed.

@Winthan you can always set an email and change the password from the settings page, and the password is always going to be in your env.list file, so you wouldn't lose it. Shouldn't that be enough?

@vhpoet At the register form, UI asks for the email. It is better to have consistency, I think.
