WIP - Polylines in ARCL (hacking ARCL, currently)

Background

• To add general purpose "direction lines" in AR for ARCL.
• I've been making local modifications to the ARCL library to figure out a good solution for adding ARCL polylines that work for any GPS tracks (think, directions on a a trail)
