Validate installed services

I just clicked to link Postgres and Redis to my app. Postgres succeeded, but Redis failed silently. Still, Redis shows as a linked service.

• Check if services are actually installed and available
• Allow services to be unlinked / relinked.

Also, make it possible to remove a service from the host (server).
