Show Dokku version in IC interface

Make it more clear what Dokku version you're running on an app server.

There's lots of info we can grab from a slave:

  • Host OS
  • Kernel
  • Uptime (needs regular updates I guess)
  • Docker version
  • Dokku version
  • Swap
  • Load

Maybe it's useful to install Munin or something along side Intercity and hook all slaves up to that as well? That takes away the burden on IC to implement everything from scratch.

@ariejan We already fetch a lot of information when we run the "Health check" job. So we might actually hook into that place to start gathering this information.

I never heard of Munin, what does it do? Is it a stats interface? Or a reporting tool?
