[FEAT] Add Emoji Requests for applications

Problem Description

Discord recently added the possibility of adding emoji directly for a discord application, and with it the api similar to guilds to list, get, create, modify and delete them

Proposed Solution

Implement these functions, probably in EmojiRequests as well as the wrappers
