Feature Request: Display Raspberry Pi Zero's temperature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I get worried that my Raspberry Pi Zero may overheat, particularly in the summer.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have the web UI display the CPU temperature of the Raspberry Pi Zero.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Going out and feeling the Raspberry Pi Zero to assess it's temperature. This is inconvenient, disruptive, and highly imprecise.
• Just adding a cooling fan as a precaution. This make sense if necessary but could also just waste battery.

Additional context I'm happy to work on this. I'm not a Django dev but if you give me some pointers where to look I'd be thrilled to try to implement this and submit a PR.
