adding GuardDog CI
I would like to take this. The easier way should be incorporating the DOCKER version even if the guarddog is written in python. If nobody else is working on this allow me some time to do it.
PR submitted, please review it. I need to add the usage in the documentation, but I will prefer to wait until receive some feedback.

Hi @mlodic since this was originally integrated as a Docker based analyzer, in order to support scanning over Windows, as mentioned in the original PR.
My question is do we need scanning over windows, because I am unsure about the compatibility of IntelOwl over Windows. Simply installing this in IntelOwl's main docker container shouldn't be an issue, because the footprint is quite low (approx 300 KB). We can just simply create an analyzer via the classic way.
