Create custom versions in pypi to keep up with the most recent changes of unreleased tools

This is required to avoid to build every time the package at the time of requirements installation. That wastes a lot of computation and increase the time of building the application either locally or in CI

Every line like this:

git+https://github.com/decalage2/oletools.git@ccf99d1a8f85e552f5cc130fbaa504cfe5725a92

should be removed.
