Nice catch. Is it ok for you to share the prompt that generated the response so we can replicate?

@astoilkov The prompts generate different outputs so it's not deterministic from my observations

But I'm facing this issue a lot on both Open AI and Google models for both code and non-code outputs

The formatting looks off sometimes
