support new models without your intervention

I think this endless cycle of having to ask you to support new models is a UI problem. It would be better if we could just add them ourselves. (e.g., I'd like to add gemini-2.0-flash-exp and gemini-exp-1206.

This could either be a freeform text field, or if you wanted to be fancy, you could use:

Anthropic models endpoint was right where it should be, I must have typoed before when I couldn't find it. Updated above.
