Alderlake Problem

Regrettably, at the moment, incorporating Alder Lake support for MacOS is beyond our current focus. Nevertheless, we warmly welcome pull requests adding the support.

The same error Access to Intel(r) Performance Counter Monitor has denied on Sonoma with Raptor Lake i5-13600K. BTW In parallel installed Intel Power Gadget (and work if need) - may be this is the problem and need to stop them even if it don't start (don't know how, but know peoples who uninstall it but still have this pcm error).
