[SYCL][E2E][Bindless] Use REQUIRES: aspect-ext_oneapi_bindless_images

Basic SYCL bindless image e2e tests can now pass on DG2/BMG/MTL/LNL. Adjust REQUIRES check for supported GPUs other than DG2.
