doc: [qat] theoretically, the screencast of the QAT-DPDK demo is not replicable

Though I don't have the hardware platform to try out, but it looks like some files are missing which prevents screencast-qat-dpdk.sh from running successfully. Specifically:

  • In screen3, files qat_plugin_default_configmap.yaml and qat_plugin.yaml are not available.
  • In screen6, not sure whether we should run the script at the current work directory ./dpdk-test-crypto-perf? The script is at /usr/bin/dpdk-test-crypto-perf in the crypto-perf test image.
