doc: [qat] theoretically, the screencast of the QAT demo is not replicable

Though I don't have the hardware platform to try out, but it looks like some files are missing which prevent screencast-qat.sh from running successfully. Specifically:

  • In screen2, the load-modules.sh should be presented.
  • In screen4, the qat_plugin_demo_configmap.yaml configmap is missing.
  • In screen4, the plugin daemonset qat_plugin.yaml is missing.
  • In screen4, I know users can save the docker images in local registry to files, but this must be done in advance, otherwise there will be no intel-qat-plugin.tar to be loaded.
  • In screen5, same for the openssl-qat-engine.tar demo image.
