You don't need to have this assigned to you in order for you to work on it, but given the volume of hacktoberfest participants looking for things to work on, you may want to comment here to "claim" the issue and let others know that you're working on it. Issues that have comments but no pull requests after a week may wind up claimed by someone else.
Sorry, Too complex for me to understand how to do it. Can anyone explain how to start on it? I tried to read the helper_script section but it's not clear how to download binaries.

Okay, multiple people have tried to work on this and not found viable signatures. I'm going to go ahead and change the tags to show that this isn't a good first issue and the signature may be very hard to find.
