Improve redis benchmark with RDT (CAT and MBA)

Goals:

1. see the magnitude of RDT benefits in the redis benchmark with various noisy neighbours
2. improve documentation with these real examples.

Means: Extend our redis benchmark with different parameters of cache allocation technology (CAT) and memory bandwith allocation (MBA).

These extensions/results/examples will serve upstreaming, too, because similar configurations can be then used with container runtimes where goresctrl gets intergrated.
