Create a set of data integrity tests (for devicemapper)

Due to the different semantics of using devicemapper (such as the requirement to sync data), we should ensure we have a set of tests that attempt ot corrupt/lose data.

It should be possible to run this test repeatedly to attempt to trigger data loss ("soak test").
