Faster processing speed using Intel caffe

I need faster processing in object detection on CPU. As far as I know is using Intel Caffe. I tested the current trained model on Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-1660. The current speed tested on Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-1660 is 2.5 sec per frame.

I need about 100 msec per frame. My deployment PC's cpu is Intel Core i7-6820EQ with 4 cores. Is it possible to increase that speed with multiprocess or multithreading approach? May I know options to speed up the processing rate using Itel Caffe?
