BTP TIMEOUTs with Zephyr QEMU after removing time.sleep(2)

We removed time.sleep(2) in commit 0916d6c1c4197e0f8bf441fe6d46bec2646646a8 'Fix waiting for socat process to stop' as we thought waiting for the socat process to terminate could be enough. After this change, got only the BTP timeouts. Maybe some packets that go through btproxy /tmp/bt-server-bredr were skipped, because there is no problem in hardware mode.
