HAP Update

This PR adds missing BTP HAP commands and events required for HAP TS. It then implements these commands and events. As we currently don't have the BTP BAP commands in place to setup an audio stream, we've implemented the TODO and updated the code to use CAP Unicast Client functionality. Finally, we've fixed on window handler and added the missing ones to complete all HAP tests in PTS 8.7.0 with our IUT implementation.

Please let me know if this PR should be split into smaller ones.
