  • Changes to help support github_team and github_team_repository resources when provisioned via an Enterprise account.
  • Address #404 #434
  • Opening this PR more as a way to open the discussion around how to approach the incompatibility with the Enterprise API users are experiencing

Hope this fix will be released soon as I have the same issue reported via #404

Looks like recent updates to the branch protection plumbing has added conflicts to this PR. I've got this queued to address this week, but welcome anyone else jumping in to remove conflicts.
