[Feature Request] Link previews for releases

As of now mentioning links to a specific release e.g. https://github.com/org/repo/releases/tag/v1.2.3 do not trigger a rich preview in Slack. It would be nice if this could be changed, e.g. similar to the corresponding subscription.
