Can't set schedule reminders via Slack after Slack connected to GitHub

I've gone through the steps to install the GitHub app on my org's Slack workspace, but when I go to set scheduled reminders, it still says that no Slack workspace has been connected.

I ran into this yesterday. For some reason despite having the Slack integration set up for months, it didn't appear here. However all I had to do (admittedly with the right privileges) was link it again and "it worked".

Unfortunately in my case "it worked" means I am now able to see the integration when I set up the reminders, and indeed set reminders up without error, but the reminders still aren't actually sending.

So there must be some sort of contextual quirk for where GitHub recognises existing Slack integrations but your organisation owner should at least be able to add the integration again (specifically via this page).
