Github Discussions Slack integration does not notify on comments

Describe the bug The integration with slack for Github discussions does not notify when someone comments nor updates a discussion

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable slack + discussions: /github subscribe owner/repo discussions
2. Create a new discussion, posted to slack as expected
3. Comment on the new discussion

Expected behavior Slack notifies of the comment

Additional context Ideally these would be a thread under the original slack discussion, but any notification at all is really what is the expected behavior, thanks
