Workflow notifications are not working with pull request of type "closed"

Describe the bug Workflow notifications are not working if the pull request with type "closed" is set in workflow.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set workflow event to "pull request" and type to "closed"
2. Run workflow
3. No notifications appeared in slack
