Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We use PR links in our conversations a lot. We have to c/p PR link from browser to slack constantly.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be very easy if a command like /github #11111 entered, it would change it to PRs link upon posting.

Describe alternatives you've considered There are no alternatives that I could find so far.
