Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to have a channel for my team that notifies us when we are tagged (automatically or manually) in a PR for our Github Team.

Describe the solution you'd like When a PR is opened that we are the codeowner for, it sends us a slack message to our team channel.

Describe alternatives you've considered The README shows using labels for "team/designers" but labels are only added manually to PRs, we want it to be automatic triggered off the codeowner.
