Separate Deployment review notifications and Deployment status updates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, we have to subscribe to all deployment notifications to have deployment review pending notifications. We'd rather not have a notification every time the environment is used and receive one only when a review is pending.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to subscribe to deployment review notifications only and not status updates.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disabling the Deployment feature and looking manually.

Thanks for the feedback. We have plans to add advance filters to fine tune your notifications as the ones described above.

@ashokirla does the scope of your plans for fine tuning notifications include a way to filter by environment as well? e.g., sometimes I might care about deploys to production but not to preproduction.

I see that this is covered in #942 but there hasn't been any feedback on it lately.
